This project involves constructing, installing, testing, and commissioning a modern, high-efficiency Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system in the existing Wynoochee Dam Main Office building. This project is designed to enhance indoor air quality, improve energy efficiency, and provide reliable climate control throughout the building. The construction phase will focus on executing the design plans provided by the consultant team, ensuring that the system meets performance standards and complies with local building codes. B. This project includes installing all electrical components as outlined in the design plans provided by the consultant team, including removing and replacing the existing electrical panels, electrical panel components, and installation of all necessary supporting electrical infrastructure required to power the new system and ensure seamless integration with the buildingís existing electrical framework. C. This project includes protecting all existing equipment and components within the building as needed to maintain normal business operations.
