The intent of this proposal is to offer UK, UK KDMC, and UK St. Claire’s human resources departments with specialists with an innovative and accurate user-friendly system for departing employees that will provide up to date information of exit interviews provided and received by offeror. This collected data should include trends for turnover rates and favorable and unfavorable work environment/ policies, and analysis given by experienced consultants. The awarded offeror will conduct 90-minute executive presentations every quarter with selected HR representatives of UK, UK KDMC, and UK St. Claire providing the data that has been collected and the analysis of the trends involving turnovers, what is or is not working to retain employees, and provide insights for retention solutions.
