In general, the components of the Project are to: Provide a comprehensive program for Rudyard Area Schools that may include installation of energy conservation capital improvement projects. The specific nature of the improvement projects is left to the Vendor’s judgment but must be clearly identified in your proposal. Equipment manufacturers must be identified within the Vendor’s Proposal. Provide a more comfortable environment for building occupants. This may include repair, renovation or replacement of existing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or temperature control systems, or lighting systems. The specific nature of improvements is left to the proposer’s judgment, but must be clearly identified in your Proposal. Provide a minimum one (1) year warranty on all equipment, materials, design and workmanship from the date of beneficial use by the Owner.
