A.The purpose of this project is to design, produce and install a building wide wayfinding signage system for the County Administration Building at 112 Otter Street, Oshkosh, WI 54901 B.The completed wayfinding system shall provide for members of the public to independently identify, locate, and access county services. Proposed systems shall encourage and enable citizens to find the appropriate department to complete the task that citizen needs; such as obtaining marriage licenses or zoning permits. C.Proposed systems shall not require any structural, electrical, or elevator modification. D.All items, details of construction, services or features not specifically mentioned which are regularly furnished in order to provide this type service shall be furnished at the price offered and shall conform in strength, quality and workmanship to that usually provided by the practice indicated in this document. E.Any signage or related materials shall be compliant with the Government Access Board guidelines as identified in chapter 7 of the ADA standards A.Match installation methods to existing building construction and finish material. B.Follow all required and pertinent safety precautions, including the county safety policy. C. Nothing shall be installed without County approval of proposed location and content. D.Contractor shall at all times during prosecution of work, keep the premises free from the accumulation of waste materials, rubbish and general debris. The waste materials shall be deposited into the provided appropriate waste Page 4 of 10 receptacles daily. Contractor shall take the necessary precautions to prevent dust from traveling to surrounding work areas
