The scope of this project covers the complete lifecycle of the large-scale immersive environment installation, from design and procurement to setup and post-installation support. Large-scale immersive environments, often called CAVE-like systems (Cave Automatic Virtual Environment), provide a fully immersive space where users can visualize and interact with complex datasets in three-dimensional space by looking around them, walking through them, and viewing them from different points of view. The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring that all components, including direct-view panels, tracking systems, and ancillary equipment, are properly configured and operational. The goal is to provide a high-quality, fully immersive experience for AGILe’s power grid analysis. All work must align with NYPA’s technical, spatial, and operational requirements. The scope includes: • Design of the immersive environment. • Supply and installation of all required components. • Collaboration with AGILe staff and NYPA’s Engineering Consultant, ensuring all design and installation requirements are met prior to commencing with fabrication of the visualization solution. • Calibration and testing of the system. • Support and maintenance services.
