The consultant shall be capable of providing any and all of the following items in order to produce complete project analysis, conceptual drawings and recommendations for capital improvement projects. 1. Data collection: Comprehensive gathering of traffic information, signal system information, manual traffic counts at several of the corridor intersections. Safety and crash data may be gathered from the State of Tennessee Enhanced Tennessee Roadway Information Management System for analysis.; Traffic Simulation Model: Develop of detailed digital model of the stuffy area utilizing the data collected.; Analyses and Recommendations Provide recommendations on intersections improvements, spot improvements, access management improvements and safety improvements.
