Crisis Relief and Sobering Center ProviderSERVICES DESIRED: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain a Contractor that shall ensure the provision of short-term behavioral health assistance within a secure Crisis Relief and Sobering Center (CRSC) facility for Individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Services are provided in a no-wrong door, no-barrier approach, ensuring access to the facility through walk-ins, and drop off by a support person, caregiver, or first responder. Crisis relief, stabilization, and sobering services are intended to be provided for up to twenty-three (23) hour and fifty-nine (59)-minutes. The Contractor will also ensure support and assessment of mental and physical wellness for Individuals transported to the facility by law enforcement, assessing within three (3) hours of the individual arriving at the facility. Individuals which are deemed as either homeless or living in inadequate housing arraignments can be offered homeless coordination services if it is determined by the Contractor to meet the needs of the Individual.
