A successful consultant will show experience in providing meter route consulting services based on the scope of work. Tasks may include but are not limited to: • Review current route structure. • Review upcoming new builds and meter infrastructure plans. • Present findings to city leadership and recommend at least 3 models of planned approach to restructure and reroute all meters in the city to include the number of total routes and reading staff needed based on volume of meters, including preset place holders for planned developments. • Work with our current software, VertexOne and SPMR, to build new routes within the software. • Create a GIS layer/file that will contain the meter information for each property, with a planned process to maintain updates as meters are changed out in the field.
