1. Doors with No Existing Card Access: • Doorways in the scope of work that do not have existing electric card access shall have card access equipment installed of the following specifications: • Millennium Door Control Device (One per opening) • Schlage MT15 Card Reader • Application-specific electronic Locking Device • Door contact 2. Conduit and Pathway Installation: • Install conduits to provide a secure pathway from the location of each Automatic Lock Button to the corresponding Door Control Device (DCD) for each specified room. 3. Cabling: • Supply and install stranded 22/6 cable within the conduits to establish communication links between the Automatic Lock Buttons and DCDs. 4. Device Installation and Termination: • Install the STI SS2225LD Push Buttons at designated locations. • Ensure proper termination of connections at both the buttons and DCDs to guarantee reliable operation. • Owner shall supply the buttons to be installed. 5. System Programming and Configuration: • Program each push button to send a lock command to the doors affected per the Millennium system configurations. • Configure the button LEDs to mirror the status of the linked card reader through the lock power relay, providing explicit signaling. • Must be a certified, licensed Millennium vendor for installing and programming. 6. Testing and Commissioning: • Perform functional tests on each installation to verify operation, correct configuration, and seamless integration with the Millennium system. • Document the outcomes and provide a detailed commissioning report for each building
