TASK 1: DESIGN The consultant is tasked with preparing the detailed design and construction documents for the project and will provide technical support to the County Project Manager (PM), as required, to secure all regulatory approvals for the project. Additionally, the team shall consult with PG&E’s Government and K12 Energy Efficiency Program (GK12) implemented by Willdan, to evaluate opportunities for utility incentives and program opportunities that will lead to more efficient solution meeting the County’s needs than what could be provided without the utility program’s support, as well as a Schneider Electric Ecostruxure for BMS system integration, currently being installed. There are multiple design options; a study of all alternatives and preparation of a Technical Memo for review and approval by the County prior to any design development.
