In the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Waiver Programs, areas of service are needed in five distinct enrollment areas. The services are listed below and are needed in Regions I, II, III, IV, and V. Group 1 – Crisis Intervention Services / Crisis Intervention provides immediate therapeutic intervention, available to an individual on a 24-hour basis, to address personal, social, and/or behavioral problems which otherwise are likely to threaten the health and safety of the individual or of others and/or to result in the individual's removal from his current living arrangement. Crisis intervention may be provided in any setting in which the consumer resides or participates in a program.
