Contractor shall perform repainting and touch-up painting services for a minimum of 100 up to 400 Pace-owned bus passenger shelters located at various locations throughout the surrounding six-county suburban area. The services shall cover each shelter in the assigned region on a regular rotation for the length of the contract. Weather and shelter condition shall determine the type of service required on a day-to-day basis. Pace shall solely determine the locations requiring shelter repainting services. The Contractor shall inspect each shelter once a year, upon authorization from the Pace Representative, and will be provided with the specific region to check. After completing the shelter inspections, the Contractor shall submit approval forms for any shelters that may need repainting. No further work shall be done until Pace returns the forms specifying the maximum number of hours of labor authorized for each individual shelter, which shall not exceed six hours.
