9.22 Replace the facia boards Exterior LF 350 Contractor is responsible to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipments to demolish and dispose the current old facia board off-site legally. Contractor is responsible to install new facia board to match old exisitng fascia at same location, and width and thickness throughout the dwelling and gargage Contractor is responsible to use proper fascia board materials to match existing and prime and paint per industry standard. 9.4 Exterior Painting Exterior SF 2800 Contractor is responsible to provide necessary labor,materials, and equipment to water blast (hydro blast)with proper pressure not to damage the existing siding/stucco surface. Repair all damaged stucco, patch holes, seal cracks. Apply one coat primer and two coats of exterior paint finish on walls & eaves, including exterior doors (both face, stain, if applicable) and window trims and casings. Owner to approve the color and Owner can choose up to 4 colors. Contractor to field verify Approx. 2800 sqft Locations: Dwelling and Garage Note: Patio/carport area connect to the house is considered included in the scope unless otherwise noted. Contractor is responsible to fix up to 5 sq wood 1x under eve is necessary. Contractor is responsible to replace all dry rot fascia before painting. Additionally, contractor shall identify the contaminated components included in the scope of work and provide necessary labor, material and equipment prior to commencing any work on these components per the reports. The contractor is responsible to use only properly trained and certified workers specialized to abate lead and asbestos contaminated section/components. Work to include clearance report and manifest as required. All LBP related activity shall comply with current EPA, HUD, and OSHA standards.
