This project will address safety concerns at an existing railroad crossing. This project is located on MT-13 near the Macon community. Advanced vehicle warning flashers will be provided for the existing railroad crossing. Six additional intersections sites will be included, a varying treatment of signs, radar activated flashers, and destination lighting. The sites are at the following locations: • Site 1 – Railroad crossing MT-13 (RP 2.5 to RP 3.1) • Site 2 – Intersection of MT-13 (RP 2.4) and BIA Route 1 • Site 3 – Intersection of MT-13 (RP 2.1) and BIA Route 1 • Site 4 – Intersection of US-2 (RP 597.2) and MT-13 • Site 5 – Intersection of US-2 (RP 617.1) and S-251 • Site 6 – Intersection of MT-13 (RP 16.5) and S-250 • Site 7 - Intersection of S-438 (RP 20.9) and Grain East Rd.
