• 3-Year Parts and Labor Warranty Minimum • Full and Complete Printed Wiring Diagram of ALL Emergency Wiring Circuits to be Delivered with Each Vehicle. Diagrams to Show All Circuits Pertaining to the Entire Upfit, Running to and From All Equipment. (Delivery will not be accepted without it). • Vehicles will be inspected for rusted debris and metal filings on painted surfaces. If present delivery will be refused. • Uniform wiring of ALL vehicles with ALL circuits (No variations from vehicle to vehicle of colors, size, or location of the same circuit. • All wire connections outside of cabin to be weather-proof sealed connectors and/or adhesive lined shrink terminals with environmental protective spray applied. • All crimp connections to be “Perma-Seal” brand products or equal product throughout the entire vehicle with all connections tested for proper crimp ad completely shrunk. • Brass fuse taps are strictly prohibited from use. • All wired circuits to be descending in wire size from supply to load (no smaller wires feeding larger wired circuits). • All grounds to be located inside the vehicle cabin for emergency lighting. • There is to be only 1 conductor per ring terminal and all connected terminals must be individually fused. • All non-factory hardware to be Stainless Steel • No powered amplifier units of any kind to be located beneath vehicle flooring. • All amplifiers, fuse blocks, siren controllers, and any other power device shall be located on electronics wall. • All points in which wires pass through steel metal holes are to be de-burred and fitted with a dedicated rubber grommet to prevent chaffing. Remaining gaps to be sealed. • Throughout the entire vehicle abrasion resistant wire loom is to be used in all places where wire chaffing is possible. All emergency wiring outside the cabin is to be protected by abrasion resistant wire loom.
