● Service work projects are miscellaneous projects requested by an authorized member of Building and Grounds. Other designated projects will be bid separately. ● Service work shall be billed at the standard hourly rate. Overtime will not be paid without prior written approval by an authorized member of Building and Grounds. ● While performing service work, hours shall be recorded and billed in quarter hour increments. ● Billable hours shall be considered only the hours that are spent on the work site. Travel time and mileage shall not be included. ● The hourly rate shall include overhead, markup, and miscellaneous/consumable items needed to complete abatement. ● IDNR notification and disposal fees shall be billed at actual cost. ● Coordination with CRCSD environmental consultant as needed for completion of work. ● Invoices for service work shall include: ○ IDNR notification (if necessary) ○ The number of hours worked ○ The hourly rate ○ Waste shipment records ○ Disposal fees ○ Invoices without the above information will be returned to contractor for resubmission
