A. Maintain and repair all Contractor-owned equipment. This includes minor maintenance/repair and minor operating parts for equipment such as lubrication, oil changes, spark plugs, gaskets, cotter pins/keys, extension cords, etc., to keep all equipment in good operational condition throughout Contract. B. Ensure that all Contractor-furnished items necessary to perform work as required under this Contract are consistent and fully compliant with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Federal, State, County, and City laws, ordinances, and regulations. C. Remove all materials and debris, to be hauled from the site at the Contractor's expense and disposed of in a lawful manner. Any damage caused by the Contractor or subcontractors to the facility, i.e., building or grounds, shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to restore to original condition.
