1. Submit phasing/sequence of construction and outage plan for review/approval prior to start of construction. 2. Submit lock out/tag out procedures and confined space entry protocol for review/approval. 3. Coordinate Electrical Service Upgrade with the power utility company, Potomac Edison. Complete class of service application for each building to obtain work order number and meet Potomac Edison Engineer at site to review equipment location and underground conduit routing. 4. Disconnect and remove all existing electrical connections, wiring, raceways, boxes, wiring devices, panelboards, lighting fixtures, etc. from the Equipment Storage and Carpenters Shop building as indicated on drawings. 5. Disconnect and remove existing panel in Training Classroom building and associated feeder. Retain all existing branch circuits for reconnection under new work. 6. Disconnect and remove existing Electrical feeder serving the Equipment Storage and Carpenters Shop from the existing Maintenance Shop main distribution panel. 7. Disconnect and remove existing Maintenance Shop main distribution panel. Retain all existing branch circuits for reconnection under new work. 8. Provide main service disconnect enclosed circuit breakers (total of two, one for each building) as indicated on drawings. Coordinate metering and incoming service cable terminations with utility company. 9. Provide new Panel A (MDP) in Maintenance Shop Mechanical/Electrical Room and reconnect existing branch circuits. Modify and extend existing wiring/conduit as required. Provide wire troughs as needed. 10. Provide primary direct buried conduit from existing utility pad mounted transformer located behind the Maintenance Building (Golf) to new utility pad mounted transformer to be located behind the Maintenance Shop. Contractor shall establish conduit routing in field and remove all existing trees, shrubs and roots as needed...
