A. Transition-In Period Tasks: a. Delivery and Logistics Coordination: The Contractor shall ensure all SMART Boards are delivered to the designated DPSCS locations. The delivery schedule should be coordinated with DPSCS personnel to minimize disruptions to daily operations. See Section 2.4.F. b. Pre-Installation Meeting: Before installation, the Contractor will participate in a preinstallation meeting with the DPSCS team to review security, facility access, and other logistical considerations. See Section 3.1. B. Installation and Setup: a. Wall-Mounted Installations: For designated classrooms, the Contractor is responsible for securely mounting the SMART Boards to concrete walls using brackets (SMART Wall Mount, part number WM-SBID-200 or comparable) supplied by the Contractor themselves, ensuring that all installations comply with local building codes and industry standards. b. Mobile SMART Board Setups: Certain SMART Boards will be placed on mobile stands (SMART Carts, part number FS-SBID-200) supplied by the Contractor. The Contractor will assemble the SMART Boards onto the SMART Carts and position them in the designated locations. c. Connectivity: The Contractor must ensure that all SMART Boards are properly connected to the local network, power sources, and other required peripherals.
