The work includes the construction of approximately: • Miscellaneous removals • Clearing & grubbing trees • 12,000 sq yd bituminous pavement (common excavation, 14” aggregate base, 4” PVC perforated underdrains, geogrid, B618 curb & gutter, 2.5” bituminous base course, 1.5” bituminous wearing course) • 4,200 sq yd concrete driveway aprons & concrete sidewalks • 2,600 lin ft 12” to 18” diameter storm sewer, with catch basins, manholes and casting assemblies • 2,800 lin ft 8” & 10” diameter sanitary sewer, with manholes and services • 3,100 lin ft 6” & 8” diameter watermain, with valves, hydrants, services, and water meter installation • Striping, signage, and traffic control • Street lighting system • Turf establishment and temporary erosion control
