1. Sewer Structure Cover: This work consists of installing new municipal sewer structure frame and covers and gate well structure frame and covers as described in section 403 of the Standard Specifications for Construction and as shown on the plans. This work includes furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials required for installation of the covers. b. Materials. Provide materials in accordance with subsection 403.02 of the Standard Specifications for Construction except as modified herein. 1. Sewer structure covers shall be the specific type for each municipality as listed below. Each cover shall have suitable holes for convenient removal of the cover. Sewer structure covers, regardless of markings, shall be paid for as “Dr Structure Cover, Type Q – Sanitary Sewer Spec” and is identified on the plans.
