The Contractor shall furnish all the necessary supervision, labor, skilled technicians, supplies, tools, equipment, licenses, insurance, and expertise required to furnish and install insulation at the Asphalt and Paint shops for Maryland Aviation Administration at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI Thurgood Marshall) Airport. The contractor is responsible for the proper disposal of all removed material as a result of the installation of the insulation. Contractor is responsible for all repairs at their cost for any damage that they create that is not a part of this project.
