The Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR or the "Department") is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) in order to procure the services defined in this Section 2, as specified in this IFB, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the Maryland Department of Natural Resources: Services to design, develop, administer and score promotional examinations for the Maryland Natural Resources Police (NRP) ranks of Corporal, Sergeant, and Lieutenant The Contractor will be required to perform job analyses, develop and administer examinations and examination/assessment validation processes. Testing results will be provided to the Contract Monitor. All work is to be done in accordance with the Annotated Code of Maryland – State Personnel and Pensions Article and the Code of Maryland Regulations Title 17 – Budget and Management.
