The awarded Vendor shall administer the Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) to Illinois public high school students and School Health Profiles surveys to public high school principals and health education teachers selected from a random sample by Westat, a professional research organization that partners with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to implement and support the YRBS and the School Health Profiles surveys. This process includes establishing schedules and procedures, administrating surveys, collecting data, and creating a system to track information for each school and class surveyed. The Vendor shall also provide to ISBE materials (documents, slides, social media samples, flyers, etc.) that the Agency may use in order to disseminate findings of the YRBS and School Health Profiles surveys.
