A. ENGINE BLOCK - ISLBLOCK 1. Additional work and labor charges will not be accepted without prior authorization. The unit cost on the Price Sheet must be all inclusive. 2. Pickup at Community Transit. 3. Clean. 4. Magnaflux. 5. Inspect. 6. Transfer block/engine serial number to front and rear of block. 7. Torque check and hone mainline. 8. Cut counterbore in each cylinder. 9. Machine finish block deck to surface ready for final engine assembly. 10.Supply and install four (4) solid oil plug inserts to replace plugs in oil galley (rifle drilling), two (2) at the front and two (2) at the rear of the block. B. HEADS - ISLHEAD 1. Additional work and labor charges will not be accepted without prior authorization. The unit cost on the Price Sheet must be all inclusive. 2. Pickup at Community Transit. 3. Magnaflux. 4. Inspect. 5. Clean, degrease entire head including all threaded holes. 6. Surface head deck. 7. Surface exhaust face. 8. Always install new guides.
