Respond to each item requested and detail how it will meet the requirement. 6.1 Overview of the University’s Need: Parking lot and athletic court maintenance at up to eight locations for Eastern Illinois University (EIU). 6.2 Specifications and Requirements: 6.2.1 All work to adhere to IDOT 2022 Standard Specifications with the latest adopted amendments. 6.2.2 Contractor to provide barricades and other barriers necessary for vehicle and pedestrian safety, and traffic control. 6.2.3 Traffic control to be coordinated closely with EIU project manager and local authority(ies) having jurisdiction. 6.2.4 Contractor to notify and work with adjacent property owners when work may affect adjacent property. 6.2.5 All work to match up with existing elevations, especially curbs and sidewalk aprons, and drainage contours; reset manholes and storm inlets if necessary. 6.2.6 Pull and reset signposts if necessary for the work. 6.2.7 Pull and reset parking blocks necessary for the work.
