Throughout each year of the contractual period, the Contractor shall perform up to ten (10) audits subject to the direction of the State Agency as stated in the scope of work. 2.1.1. AZDA staff may attend an audit. 2.2. AZDA will develop an audit schedule that is coordinated with the contractor for acceptance prior to conducting audits. Each audit is expected to consume approximately two to four days, of which one to two days may be used specifically for final report generation. The amount of time spent on each audit is expected to range from ten (10) to sixty (60) hours. 2.3. AZDA may request a proposal from the Contractor for conducting audits of facilities outside the CBG audit program or for review of QA/QC Plan submittals. The requested proposal shall state the hours, all-inclusive cost, and expense estimated to conduct the work. If the proposal is acceptable to the State Agency, a purchase order shall be issued to the Contractor. 2.4. Audits performed under the CBG program shall be primarily performed at refining facilities that produce, certify, and transport Arizona Cleaner Burning Gasoline (CBG). CBG audits may be expanded to include importer, oxygenate blender, pipeline, third party terminal facilities, and independent laboratories. 2.5.
