At a minimum, the project shall include the following tasks. Task 1: Coordination Coordination with Town officials including, Town Manager, SelectBoard, Planning and Public Works. Coordination early, often and throughout with MassDOT. The Submitter shall anticipate at least ten meetings with MassDOT. Task 2: Information Collection, Analysis and Survey Meeting with the Town of Holliston (Town Manager, Planning, Public Works and Holliston Police) Reviewing past data and reports Analyzing available crash data, automated traffic counts, manual turning movement counts, projected traffic volumes and level of service analysis, etc. Conduct full topographic surveys including property lines, extending beyond the project as necessary, and develop existing conditions plans Signal warrant review and confirm traffic operations Conduct road coring’s to assess pavement condition throughout the project area Establish design criteria in cooperation with the Town.
