The State of Hawaii is soliciting bids to provide publication of Public Notices in the Legal, Retail and Classified sections in a newspaper(s) of general circulation in a daily or weekly newspaper on Oahu, Hawaii, Maui, Kauai, Molokai and Lanai. If a daily newspaper is not available, then a weekly publication will be acceptable. It is the State’s intention to reach the largest amount of the population at the best price(s). A State Procurement Office (SPO) price list contract will be issued as a result of any awards made through this IFB. Participating jurisdictions will order on an as needed basis during the term of the contract. The State will allow agencies to place public notices and advertisements in other publications as long as it runs concurrently with the newspaper(s) contracted for each island.
