The College is soliciting responses from General Bidders, who are certified in the General Building Construction category by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), for the Auditorium Renovation: Phase 2 and Associated Work on the Wellesley Hills campus as described in the following specifications. This project includes Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron work that must be completed by a Sub Bidder certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron category. This project includes Resilient Floors work that must be completed by a Sub Bidder certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the Resilient Floors category. This project includes Painting work that must be completed by a Sub Bidder certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the Painting category. This project includes HVAC work that must be completed by a Sub Bidder certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the HVAC category.
