Trauma-informed support for staff of contracted providers; Contractor(s) shall complete the following tasks: Task 1: Design and deliver relevant training opportunities for HCHN provider staff at pre-scheduled, network-wide events in virtual, in-person, and hybrid environments (six (6) – eight (8) times per year; estimated average of two (2) – eight (8) hours monthly depending on time of year). Task 2: Provide supports on an ad hoc basis, including urgent requests, incident debriefings, and grief support, of varied length and size to support both frontline staff and middle management for HCHN providers (as needed, approximately four (4) per month; estimated average of twelve (12) hours monthly). Task 3: Provide scheduled trainings and presentations, group facilitation, and possible shadowing of work teams tailored around specific providers and their unique dynamics to increase understanding of strengths and challenges, to support development of that team, avoid burnout, process grief, and to improve service provision (as needed, approximately two (2) per month; estimated average of eight (8) hours monthly). Task 4: Provide similar supports as Task 3 specific to BIPOC led and/or serving providers to explicitly address issues of racism that threaten psychological safety and impact workplace culture (as needed, approximately one (1) per month; estimated average of eight (8) hours monthly). Task 5: Work with other Contractor(s) and PHSKC administration staff to develop a timeline for all above deliverables and an evaluation plan to receive participant feedback (four (4) times per year; estimated average of two (2) – four (4) hours monthly depending on time of year). This work is expected to average 32 to 40 hours total per month,12 months per year, for an initial one-year Contract term that may be extended annually for up to a total Contract term of five (5) years.
