The City of Bonner Springs is seeking and established contractor with sufficient experience to provide swimming lessons for the 2025 Pool Season. The current program offers a variety of lessons, both group and private, for preschoolers to adults. i. Contractor shall be responsible for and shall use due care in the hiring, screening, scheduling, and control & supervision of all personnel whose services are provided under this contract. Background checks are required (at the Contractors expense) for all staff members working with children. ii. The contractor shall be responsible for the delivery of swim lessons as coordinated with the City. iii. Preference will be given for Contractors with prior experience offering swimming lessons and to Contractors who are able to offer certified Swimming Lesson Instructors for the program. iv. Contractor and its employees should have experience and knowledge teaching swim lessons
