OVERVIEW The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor to supplement the State of Delaware’s need for Beach Accessories for Deauville Beach as described herein. The contract will require the Vendor(s) to cooperate with the ordering agency to ensure the State receives the most current state-of-the-art material and/or services. BACKGROUND The Division is seeking proposals for Beach Accessories for Deauville Beach and in doing so will select the most qualified and competent Vendor to manage and operate the services stated herein. STATEMENT OF NEEDS Vendor shall furnish all labor, personnel, equipment and supplies necessary to operate the Beach Accessories for Deauville Beach per the terms and conditions as described herein. The Division is interested in procuring services with an emphasis on excellent customer service, operations/management knowledge and capabilities in providing Beach Accessories at Deauville Beach.
