The purpose of this RFP is to identify a firm that will partner with EWU in developing a program for leadership and professional development for faculty and staff. The selected firm will work with EWU leadership by assisting with retreat design and elements for leadership groups within the university, as well as helping identify and design skill building to ensure EWU is fulfilling its strategic plans consistent with its strategic resource allocation plans. Work will also include: • Unlimited membership access for EWU employees to online leadership and professional development materials designed for faculty and staff at a university. • Expert consultation in designing and deploying a cohort-based institution-wide leadership program, including whiteboarding sessions, monthly planning meetings, and ongoing evaluation and assessment. • Expert consultation in designing and deploying a faculty development program, including whiteboarding sessions, monthly planning meetings, and ongoing evaluation and assessment. This should include, but not be limited to, assisting in: o Development of department chair (or equivalent) training; o Development of new faculty training, including new faculty orientation and support of new faculty in developing teaching skills. o Development of a robust support and training program for mid-career faculty who are tenure track, including career development support...
