The Contractor holds the primary responsibility for supplying and providing all necessary materials, equipment, tools, and labor required to complete the Work, or any segment thereof, in alignment with the Owner's specifications and the stipulations outlined in the Solicitation Documents. • The Contractor is responsible for patching all walls as required. • The Contractor will apply two coats of primer and two coats of paint to all walls. (Behr Paint – Egg-shell) • The Contractor shall replace any missing or damaged baseboards as necessary. • The Contractor is to sand the entry door prior to varnishing (clear). • The Contractor will remove and replace four sets of bi-fold doors. • The Contractor shall remove and replace two interior doors. • Appliances will be supplied by the Owner.
