The intent of Parks Department is to create a pool of qualified vendors for County Sponsored events. Respondents submitting a Statement of Qualifications with whom the County contracts shall, for the purposes of this Section 10.0 of this RFQ, be referred to as the “selected mobile food services vendor.” There may be events where multiple vendors may be selected. Vendors will be contacted on an as-needed basis only. Typically, scheduled in advance of events; nevertheless, some may be asked on short notice. The selected mobile food service vendors will be responsible for providing the necessary staff, merchandise, equipment, truck/trailer security, permits, safety protocols, insurance and all other items normally required of a business outlet. Utilities including water, electrical, and waste disposal will not be provided by the County. The area to be assigned to the selected mobile food service vendors establishment will be determined by Ingham County Parks Director, Park Manager, or their designated representative prior to scheduled dates.
