The Town is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Engineering and Design services for a new HVAC system at the Watertown Police Department. Must perform load calculations providing BTUS and CFMS per room. Examine existing zoning and make changes as required Size and specifications for new rooftop units and options. Examine weights of existing and new rooftop units to determine if any structural work is required. Provide structural drawings, if needed. Design and specifications for new metal ductwork and duct insulation. Provide conditions of access (building is occupied 365 days a year/24 hours a day). Required means to control dust, etc. Specifications for control system requirements. (Town would prefer Alerton brand system to be standardized with the Fire Department) Integrate boiler and baseboard into VAV operation Size and specifications for mini splits in 911 area and computer room. Drawings to reflect all required work for a complete operating system Provide support during construction and first year to insure system operates properly,
