• Project Management o Initial Site Schedule Provision/Discussion ▪ Create, propose, and manage site schedule progression o PM Coordination ▪ Weekly Field Reporting & Scheduling Updates (Silver Comet to check-in as needed) o Sub-Contractor Coordination ▪ Direct Management of Sub-Contractors On-Site o Quarterly Leadership Check-In • Permitting, Design, & Engineering o Permits will be readily available (owner provided) upon arrival on site • Installation o Transformer & Switchgear Panel ▪ Contractor to install utility-supplied transformer ▪ Contractor to provide and install reinforced concrete pad for transformer • Pad to be 10’x10’ • 6” – 3,500 Psi with 18” OCEW #3 Rebar ▪ Contractor to install owner-provided switchgear panel (Refer to Exhibit F – Equipment Specifications) ▪ Contractor to provide and install reinforced concrete pad for switchgear • Pad to be 9’x9’ • 6” – 3,500 Psi with 18” OCEW #3 Rebar ▪ Contractor to make dip pole to transformer connection ▪ Contractor to make transformer to panel connection o Charger Installation ▪ Contractor to print and install owner-provided QR-Code on charger
