The contracted work will include the following: grant proposals and applications for renewals of the Agency’s existing grants and programs, identification and proposal development for new sources of funding available to the PCHA. Other technical projects including the Annual Plan, Five-year Plan, Utility Studies, along with other services may be requested by the Administrative staff annually or as needed. PCHA is seeking a grant writer or firm with a proven track record in writing successful complex proposals for diverse funding sources; skills in demographic data collection and analysis; and an entrepreneurial approach to fund development. The proposer shall have at least five-years grant writing experience and program knowledge regarding federal, state, local, and corporate grant programs. The proposer must have knowledge and experience working within the parameters of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as well as with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Housing Programs.
