The selected consultant(s) will be responsible for producing the required design and community engagement elements for the Phase I Engineering Design of 150th Street, in coordination with the Illinois Department of Transportation. Project due diligence is expected to encompass land surveying, geotechnical investigation, right-of-way coordination, stormwater management, pavement management, and road alignment. To ensure community involvement in the design process, the consultant(s) will also conduct community engagement activities. Since this project is grant-funded, the consultant(s) will assist with grant management and administration as part of their responsibilities.
