Vendor may not substitute core thread for spun or vice versa. 4. Colors shall be equivalent to American & Efrid or Utica colors. 5. “Color” will include all colors (both those listed in the IFB and any other that may be required during the life of this contract. 6. If Contractor wishes to supply a brand other than American & Efrid or Utica, Contract must also include a color chart. 2.2.8 Required Sample - A Sample of the Thread are required. Samples MUST be mailed to: Maryland Correctional Enterprises, MCE Textile Plant, Attn: Tom Seltzer, 30420 Revells Neck Road, Westover, MD 21890. Sample packaging should state BPM048113 and the name of the bidder. It is recommended that bidder forward tracking information to the Procurement Officer prior to the bid opening.
