Project overview includes the following: a. Furnish and install complete walk-in unit, including insulated panels, refrigeration compressor, controls and all necessary components necessary for a complete and operational cooler unit. b. Systems and components shall be manufactured by a company with at least five years of experience in the design and production of walk-in refrigeration systems. c. One walk-in cooler. d. Double cooler doors should have cam-lift hinges, spring assisted hinge and locking handle with an inside safety release. e. Prefabricated with modular panel construction, wall panels of 4” thickness. The panel sections are to ensure permanent uniformity and manufactured with U.L. Listed Class 1, polyurethane foamed-in-place insulation with cam-lock fasteners, tongue-and-groove high density foam rails. The panel gasket shall be certified by National Sanitation Foundation and foamed-in-placed to the side of the panel. f. Interior and exterior should be 26-gauge stucco embossed galvanized steel. g. Furnish 48” LED Light Fixtures, Temp Alarms with digital readout, as well as all trim, caulking, silicone, screws and drive pins necessary for assembly. h. Furnish a complete refrigeration system sized to maintain appropriate temperatures in the cooler for 8-body storage with the ability to add additional racking. i. Provide a cost for delivery. j. Provide a cost for installation. k. Provide a lead time for delivery and installation.
