III. SCOPE OF SERVICES Funding will be awarded to one (1) application to carry out activities for one or more of the following objectives. While applicants are encouraged to submit applications that meet more than one of the objectives below (inclusion of multiple objectives will be considered when ranking applications), CCSR will accept applications that addresses at least one of the following: Generating compost; Increasing access to compost for agricultural producers; Reducing reliance on, and limit the use of, fertilizer; Improving soil quality; Encouraging waste management and permaculture business development; Increasing rainwater absorption; Reducing municipal food waste; and Diverting residential and commercial food waste from landfills.
