Contractor’s statistical revaluation program will cover and include all property in the Town of Cumberland, RI in the following categories: 2.1.1 All taxable real estate, land, buildings and improvements. 2.1.2 All public utility land and buildings. 2.1.3 All mobile homes, mobile home additions and improvements. Effective Date: The effective date of this revaluation project shall be on the Grand List of December 31st, 2025, and the pricing and valuation by Contractor of all land, buildings and property under this contract shall reflect a fair market value as of December 31st, 2025. Parcel Count: 2.1.4 Contractor’s price for the revaluation is based upon the following anticipated parcel counts: Single Family Residential Dwellings Two Family Residential Dwellings Three Family Residential Dwellings Mobile Homes Residential Condominiums Commercial Buildings Commercial Condominiums Apartments Industrial Buildings Public Utility Buildings Vacant Residential Land Vacant Commercial Land Vacant Industrial Land
