The successful firm / individual will be responsible for providing professional environmental and land use permitting services related to freshwater wetlands, flood hazard areas, regulated habitat and other regulatory concerns to the Authority, including, but not necessarily limited to, the following tasks: 1. Knowledge and experience with local, state, and federal environmental regulations applicable to land disturbance and development activities related to regulated lands. 2. Field delineation and classification of freshwater wetlands, flood hazard areas, stormwater runoff, and regulated habits such as threatened and endangered species. 3. Preparation and submission of various application packages and required technical evaluations, reports, and calculations. 4. Consultation, advice, plan, and report preparation regarding New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Land Use Regulation Program. 5. Provide additional “on-call” related services as needed.
