Provide a District Communication Platform to include a District and School Website Publishing, Hosting Solution and Website Maintenance Service with an integrated School District Rapid Mass Notification System in accordance with the requirement and specification of this solicitation. The District website directly connects district and administrative resources to parents, staff, students, job seekers, and the general community. It is critical that the district’s website be up-to-date, user-friendly, easy to navigate and search, and flexible enough in its design to allow important promos and content to be “amplified” through placement, color, highlighting, and other means. The District intends to only contract with a Website Publishing Company who can also provide a Mass Notification System. Preference will be given to a Website Publishing Company who can provide all/both services without subcontracting.
