Miami-Dade County, as represented by Miami-Dade Aviation Department ("MDAD”) requires the services of a general contractor to provide construction services including, but not limited to project management, on-site supervision, labor, material, tools, equipment, trade subcontractors, licenses, permit, overhead, and profit. The scope of work for this project consists of, but is not limited to the following: This project involves renovating an existing unfinished shell space on the third floor of the North Terminal, specifically in Terminal D, Section B - Landside, to merge the Airport Operations Center (AOC) and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) into one unified area. The facility will occupy approximately 14,780 square feet of vacant shell space previously used by others.
