The work includes mobilization, construction survey, erosion & sediment control, construction & tree protection fence, relocation/placement of site boulders and logs, gathering & disposal of site material and debris, clearing & grubbing, earthwork, grading & drainage, placing aggregates, topsoil & mulch, crushed limestone trail construction, asphalt pavement & striping, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway restoration and stairway construction and temporary parking for residents of the driveway reconstruction, pocket parking, retaining walls, mailbox relocation, colored and non-colored concrete slab on grade, concrete footings, shotcrete, park furnishings (tables, benches, bike racks, bollards etc.), relocation of existing PSE pole, coordination with utilities (PSE, Lumen, City of Bellingham), utility connections (water, sewer, electrical), roadway saw cutting and repair, park lighting, playground construction, signage (park name sign, directional, kiosk, etc.), inscribing and placing granite curbstones, lawn seeding and maintenance, tree planting & maintenance, wetland buffer mitigation tree & shrub planting & maintenance, clean up and demobilization.
