Stevens Drive ReconstructionPublic notice is hereby given that bids will be received for the City of Richland’s Stevens Drive Reconstruction Project by the City of Richland Purchasing Division until the date and time specified above, at which time bids will be opened and read publicly. This project includes the full depth reconstruction of approximately 2100 linear feet of road along Stevens Drive between Lee Boulevard and to (and through the intersection) with Swift Boulevard along with new curb, gutter, and 8’ sidewalks (both sides) along Mansfield Street between Stevens Drive and the Columbia Playfields. Work includes asphalt grinding, ADA ramp improvements, concrete driveway improvements, RRFB foundations, pavement markings, street signs, and overall site restoration and other incidental work.
