A. Replace existing glass with new level 3 ballistic glass panels on top of existing counter in matching aluminum framing in lobby. B. Furnish all new framing materials to support the glass panels as necessary. C. Paint and finish the front face around windows, if needed. D. Contractor will ensure that the work area is kept clean and free of debris, as necessary, to maintain a safe working environment for staff. All debris, trash and packaging is to be disposed of off-site on a daily basis. E. All materials to be warrantied as per the manufacturer’s warranty. Contractor to provide a one-year warranty on their workmanship. F. All work shall be in compliance with the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design, 2019 California Title 24, and Title 19 CCR, Public Safety and State Fire Marshal Regulations.
